ABOUT:
In this project, I delved into the challenges confronting Singaporean hawker centres. These outdoor food markets are scattered throughout Singapore and are essential to the city's heritage and identity. However, in 2024, emerging trend drivers and a lack of global recognition pose threats to these heritage sites. My objective in this project was to address these issues, which I accomplished through the creation of a publication titled “The Spice and Soul of Singapore.”
